and type of pass(es) you would like to
purchase, and mail the form and your
payment to the address below.

printable version (PDF) of the form
is also available. Passes are
mailed within one day of receipt of
payment.
Payment must be received by the City of
Santa Maria five business days
before the start of the following month
in order to allow time to receive the
pass before the month begins.
Monthly passes
are valid for one calendar month
Ten Ride passes do not expire
All Clean Air Express passes are valid
on any Clean Air Express bus
